It’s so good to see Georgia Harkness is still teaching us after all these years. Dr. Harkness was the Professor of Applied Theology at Garrett Biblical Institute from 1939-1950, making her the first woman to obtain full professorship in a U.S. theological seminary.
On Thursday, December 6th, the Garrett-Evangelical community gathered for worship in the Chapel of the Unnamed Faithful. Tasha Sargent, third year Master of Divinity student, delivered a well needed sermon the week before finals entitled, “Preparation and Expectation.”
