Garrett-Evangelical Academic Dean Lallene Rector joined other seminary leaders from across the country at the National Cathedral in Washington D.C. to sign the Seminary Stewardship Alliance covenant. “In doing so, they agreed to teach, preach, live, inspire, and hold each other accountable for good stewardship practices.”

Thomas Goodell was the recipient of the 2012 Distinguished Alumni Award for his outstanding work in ministry and Marge Eckhart received the Eliza Garrett Award for her invaluable service to Garrett-Evangelical.

Tom Babler and retired UMC Bishop Don Ott were honored as Life Trustees last week during the Board of Trustees meeting. Rev. Karla Kincannon and Dr. Anna Johnson were also recognized as the newest editions to the Garrett-Evangelical faculty.
